HotelREZ run an annual series of road shows and participate in a wide range of hotel industry exhibitions and events. Your participation in both the road show series and exhibitions and events schedule is a great way for your hotel to meet with some of the key agency and corporate bookers face-to-face. We will work with you to help you sell the benefits of your hotel, over those of your competitors.

Road Shows
We offer our member hotels the opportunity to participate in our road shows giving you the ability to build direct relationships with agency bookers. Our road shows will take you into key corporations, business and leisure agencies as well as many of the largest MICE planners in the industry.
Road shows range from one day to one week of appointments in key cities and will include a mixture of 1 to 1 meetings, presentations and office walk rounds depending on the client.
Hotel industry events and exhibitions
We participate in many of the world's leading hotel industry events and exhibitions. Our members are encouraged to participate alongside us. Many of these shows generate significant incremental revenue but for independent hotels or small chains of hotels it can be cost-prohibitive to participate directly.
Out stand share programme works very successfully to reduce the cost of participation and increase the number of events our members are able to attend. Some of the events we will be exhibiting at this year include; ITB Berlin, World Travel Market, Arabian Travel Market, Business Travel Trade Show and Business Travel Market.
