HotelREZ provides its member hotels with proactive account management and a support culture that helps each hotel, regardless of size or ambition, achieve their objectives.

From the moment you join us, the customer support and implementation team will be available to guide you through setting your hotel up correctly. They will also arrange a suitable time for your team to be trained on our systems, and be given advice in our standards and best practices in distribution and revenue management. If your hotel is switching from another GDS code, we will work with you to seamlessly handle the process. Together, we will work to get your hotel set up and in perfect shape for distribution to the GDS and internet channels.

If you have purchased the Simply Fabulous service plan, you will be immediately introduced to your dedicated revenue and account manager, who will start to examine your current business, competition and potential. They will set up time for regular meetings and also arrange your first business planning session.

For simply connect customers, you will be provided with contact details for the support team. The HotelREZ support team can be contacted on local or toll free telephone numbers, via email and live chat.

Regular refresher training courses are also available for hotels that have been members for a longer period of time.
