The award came after passing a rigorous test by the AA, covering cleanliness, service, food, bedrooms, bathrooms, and hospitality. This reinforces an already sterling reputation: since 2012, Icon Hotel has been ranked as the second best hotel in Luton, out of 24, and that same year, the hotel was selected by the AA to feature in ‘Britain’s Best Hotel Guide 2012 – Perfect Places to Stay’, having received an 81% pass rate in a similar overnight inspection.
