The Queensberry Hotel, a quirky boutique hotel located in Bath city centre, has become the latest property to join HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts’ collection of independent British hotels. The hotel is owned by husband-and-wife duo Laurence and Helen Beere, and has established itself as one of Bath’s leading hotels.
Over the last few years, The Queensberry Hotel has been recognised as one of the finest and most unique properties in Bath. Its friendly and attentive staff, comfortable accommodation, and beautiful design have earned it a number of awards, including a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, an Editor’s Choice award from the Good Hotel Guide 2017, and a 3-star AA award for its on-site restaurant, the Olive Tree.
This commitment to excellence comes through in their latest set of renovations and improvements – completed in September – that saw almost £250,000 invested in the hotel’s public spaces. The reception, drawing room, gardens and bar areas were upgraded with stylish, quirky new interiors and furniture. Local designers and manufacturers were involved in the project.
Over the next year, The Queensberry Hotel is set to continue its programme of upgrades with improvements to the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. New luxury beds and the latest flat-screen televisions and Bluetooth DAB radios – provided by local specialists – have already marked the beginning of this new stage of renovation.
The Queensberry Hotel will be represented on the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) under the HO chain code.
