RFP Management Tool
Much of the business that is delivered through the GDS comes from client specific negotiated rates. Corporates, travel management companies (TMCs) and consortia, send requests to hotels to bid for participation in their programmes, or to offer a specific rate. HotelREZ will work with your hotel to ensure you participate in all relevant request for proposals (RFPs). Many of our hotels use an RFP tool, which is an online product that makes RFP completion fast and simple by storing all your property details and rate information in one place, allowing you to pre-populate the majority of fields on each RFP.
