A two-way hotel PMS interface enables you to send rates, inventory and availability data to the CRS, from the PMS, and receive reservations and inventory updates directly.
With this type of interface, changes updated in the hotel PMS are automatically updated across all HotelREZ connected distribution channels, including OTAs that you manage directly through the CRS or ChannelREZ Channel Management Tool.
