Sundial Group’s Northamptonshire hotel meeting venue, the Highgate House, and Warwickshire meeting venue, Woodside, have both received ‘Venue Verdict’s Gold Standard Accreditation’ for Q1 by BDRC Continental, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of marketing research in the meetings sector.
Both properties are part of HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts’ UK portfolio, and are bookable under the HO chain code on the GDS. This accreditation, based on customer feedback results from April 2013 to March 2014, is testament to the venues’ on going dedication to providing exceptional customer service. BDRC Continental obtained feedback from more than 22,000 business event hosts across an average of about 360 UK meeting venues to analyse the customer experience provided. Highgate House and Woodside were part of 29 venues that achieved or retained the Venue Verdict Gold Standard accreditation.
